My daughter has been attending Cavod for 2 years. I cannot say enough good things about the teachers and front desk. Allison at the front desk helped my daughter through a few tough few months, as well as Hope and Zoey. They prayed with her, encouraged her, and gave her the confidence and hope she needed to perform this year. Because of their commitment and spirit filled leading my daughter is stronger not only in her dancing skills, but in her faith. Truely life changing stuff going on here. Highly recommend.
Response from the owner:Thank you so much for your heartfelt review and for trusting Cavod with your daughter's dance journey over the past two years. We're thrilled Allison, Hope, and Zoey were there for her during a difficult time, praying with her, encouraging her, and helping build her confidence. Hearing that our team's spirit-led teaching has strengthened both her dancing and her faith is truly humbling. We deeply appreciate your high recommendation and the faith you place in our staff, and we will continue supporting her growth in dance and faith.

I am so happy to have found Cavod, a place I can trust with the amazing gift of dance as worship and expression of who God made each one to be! Huge thanks to Connie and all the Cavod teachers for being steadfast leaders of the kids and adults in our community who step out and vulnerably to try something new. I’m 51 years old and I decided to try a dance class for the first time: worship dance. My daughter is 18 and she started various dance classes at Cavod when she was 16. Thank you Cavod for welcoming every age group. Thank you for caring about skills and hearts /lives of each dancer.

CAVOD has been an incredible addition to the town of Manheim. We love how these classes not only inspire our kids to move physically and use their God given talents and gifts as Dancers, musicians and actors but also speak to their hearts and spirits as well as unique chilldren of God. All the teachers are highly qualified and trained in their specialties and every staff member/volunteer is friendly and helpful to assist. The facility is clean and bright with high quality technology and a comfortable cafe to wait for your children during class.

Cavod’s ballet classes for toddlers start at age 3 with Creative Movement. Kids’ ballet classes continue with Primary 1 (ages 5 to 6) and Primary 2 (ages 7 to 8), and older beginners start Ballet 1 at 9.
Cavod exists to offer a Godly environment that inspires excellence in the arts, and every ballet class reflects that mission. Teachers encourage each dancer’s character and faith alongside their skills.
Cavod’s instructors care about every student’s growth physically, mentally, and spiritually. Simple, modest, matching dancewear lets teachers see each position clearly, so they can give clear corrections on movement and positions.
Creative Movement dancers wear a pink skirted leotard, Primary 1 wears lavender, and Primary 2 wears blue, all from the Cavod Boutique at the front desk. Each outfit pairs with pink tights, pink ballet slippers, and hair in a neat bun. Ballet 1 to 5 dancers wear a solid black leotard with pink tights and slippers, and boys wear black tights with a fitted white shirt. The Dress Code page lists every item, and comfortable, form-fitting clothes work until you buy boutique items.
Yes. During visitor’s week each year, family and friends can watch class in person or online. Other weeks, relax in the café or let younger siblings enjoy the playroom while you wait.
A 45-minute weekly class costs $727 a year, a one-hour class costs $778, and the 1.5-hour upper levels cost $1,030, with monthly payments from $73. Add a $35 registration fee per student, capped at $105 per family.
Yes, through risk-free registration. Register and pay, attend the first group class, and tell Cavod before the next class if it isn’t a fit for a refund or a class transfer. Cavod accepts new students through the fall. Join before Christmas break, since classes then shift from learning new skills to preparing for the spring performance.
Dance students perform in the Spring Dance Concert each June, an off-site show with tickets for family and friends. Costumes cost $70 to $95 per class, with a $40 deposit in October, and a Cavod fundraiser helps offset the cost.
Adults can absolutely start ballet, and Cavod’s Teen/Adult Ballet classes welcome dancers 14 and up at both campuses. Choose Teen/Adult Ballet 1 or 2 in New Holland, or Teen/Adult Ballet in Manheim on Thursday evenings. Wear a leotard alone or under a fitted athletic shirt, with leggings, joggers, or longer athletic shorts. Tights and a ballet skirt are optional, but ballet slippers are required.
Boys Technique 1 welcomes boys 9 and up, and Boys Technique 2 serves boys 12 and up, both in New Holland. Boys wear black tights, a fitted white shirt, and black ballet slippers.
Upper levels prepare dancers to pursue college dance programs or company trainee programs after high school. Teachers blend three established ballet training methods, Cecchetti, ABT, and Vaganova, so dancers learn each step correctly and perform it with artistry. Pre-Pointe starts at age 10, and Pointe 1 to 3 start at age 12. On the class list, Ballet 2B includes pre-pointe, and Ballet 3, 4, and 5 include pointe.
