Theatre FAQs and Policies
What if I can’t print my tickets?
That’s ok! You do not need to print your tickets. You will be able to check in by reservation name when you arrive at the theatre.
If I am unable to attend, can I exchange or refund my tickets?
All tickets are non-refundable. If you would like to exchange your tickets for an alternate performance of the same show, you must contact the theatre no later than 72 hours prior to the date printed on the tickets in your possession. You can call (717) 354-3355 Monday–Thursday, 11am–8pm, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child?
Children sitting in their own seat must have a purchased ticket. If the child is going to sit on a lap for the full performance, a ticket is not needed.
Can I reserve a specific seat?
Most of our tickets are general admission. For an extra cost, you can purchase ‘reserved seats’ and you will be guaranteed a seat in first three rows. We will assign seats based on time of purchase.
What does general admission mean?
General admission means that seats are not assigned ahead of time; they are first come, first serve. You may arrive 1 hour prior to the performance to get in line and you will choose your own seat when you enter the theatre. If you would like to guarantee a seat in the first three rows, reserved seating tickets are available at an extra cost.
I have purchased tickets online but have not received a confirmation e-mail. Does this mean my purchase has not gone through?
Perhaps. Please allow 72 hours for your confirmation email to be sent to you. Please also check that your email was not sent to a spam folder. If you have still not received your email, please contact the office at (717) 354-3355 Monday–Thursday, 11am–8pm, or email email@example.com so we can confirm your purchase.
What is the deadline to purchase tickets online?
Online sales will close 2 hours prior to each performance. Tickets may still be available for purchase at the door, unless the show has sold out.
What time should I arrive at the theatre?
The lobby opens 1 hour prior to the performance. You are welcome to come at that time and get in line to enter the theatre. Doors to the theatre will open 30 minutes prior to the performance.
Is the theatre wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the building is wheelchair accessible, but not all of the seating is. If you need accommodation, please purchase regular tickets online, and let the office know that your party will need wheelchair seating. You can call (717) 354-3355 Monday–Thursday, 11am–8pm, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I take pictures or record the performance?
The use of cameras, video equipment, phones, and other recording devices is strictly prohibited during all performances.
Can I put advertisements for my company in your program?
Yes! Please call (717) 354-3355 Monday–Thursday, 11am–8pm, or email email@example.com for details on placing an ad in our programs.
Can I volunteer to work at the theatre?
Yes! We have several volunteer positions for each performance. Volunteers are able to watch the performance they volunteer at, in the volunteer seating section. If you would like to be added to our volunteer list, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
