Dreams come true!!

A French revolution takes over the Cavod Stage, in the musical “A Tale of Two Cites”! We opened Friday evening with our first ever red carpet, dinner theatre! Our theatre was transformed into a beautiful dining area. Our guests enjoyed a lovely dinner, followed by this amazing show! A special thank you to our table sponsors, who made this “sold out” event a huge success!

Saturday evening’s show, was one of a kind! We were honored to have the original creatives of “A Tale of Two Cities” from NYC and Florida, attend the show! Jill Santoriello, the script writer, music and lyrics, along with Ron & Barbara Sharpe the original Broadway Producers, and Ed Kessel along with his wife Barb, the original orchestrator were all there! We took pictures with them and the cast and had a wonderful time hearing their stories of how A Tale landed on Broadway in 2008! The cast chatted with them, and built their own dreams!

Enjoy the video below, that Jill created about her experience at the show!

Here a few comments from our patrons. “So powerful!” “The music, singing and acting is top notch!” “This theatre is a treasure, right here in the small town of New Holland!”
“This was so good! I was wiping tears, from this touching story.” “They just draw you in, to the edge of your seat!”
Our director, Jordan Scott Gilbert has been a producer on Broadway. Walter Winston ONeil is playing the role of Dr. Manette, and was in the original cast of A tale on Broadway! Sydney Carton is being played by Bryant Martin who has done off broadway shows, around the country! His wife Stephanie Martin, choregraphed the show and has danced professionally on, off Broadway stages!  Our very own Alexander Weaver, is Charles Darnay! Professional actor, Jacquelyn Zliczewski plays Lucie Manette, and sweet little Lucie is played by Violet Barnett! They posed for a great picture with Jill.

I am a living testimony “DREAMS DO COME TRUE, that are beyond what we can imagine!”  Never in my wildest dreams did I think we could produce a show of this quality with Broadway people along with our local actors!!  This is a show, you don’t want to miss! We have one more weekend of shows, Oct. 21-23. Click on the graphics below for more information, and to purchase your tickets!

Prayer – Lord, touch every person who comes to see this show. May we  understand your redemption in a greater way, and experience a touch of your grace and love.  Thank you Lord, for all that you are doing and going to do through this show! In Jesus name, Amen!”

Take a moment to be thankful, along with a cup of coffee, and have a great week!

Add graphics below my signature of A Tale, A Day of thanksgiving, and Wonder.

Much love,
