Hand to Hand Combat Junior

Hand-to-Hand Combat is a self-defense class in Lancaster County, PA taught from a Christian perspective.  Students will grow physically and mentally through rigorous training in the art of discipline, respect, understanding perspective as they move through the ranks. They will also grow spiritually as they learn that God is their source and that He is the ultimate defense and the one to trust at all times.

When it comes to martial arts, most people get the impression that its all about Eastern mysticism and in many cases, it is true. Here at Cavod, we have taken out any mysticism completely. While teaching, Caleb replaces Eastern Theology with relying on Christ, trusting the Holy Sprit as my guide, and giving glory to God. Students will grow physically and mentally through rigorous training in the art of self defense; learning perseverance, discipline, and respect, as they move up through the ranks.
