Cavod Performing Arts offers music theatre classes for students ages 8 & up looking to build foundational skills and gain more theatrical experience. If you’re interested in training your vocal technique and improving your acting and dancing skills, our musical theatre class will be a perfect fit!

Musical theatre blends singing, dancing, spoken lines, and physical expression to create a triple threat performer. Students will learn and memorize roles that will involve singing, public speaking, movement, and acting techniques that will expand their range and comfort zone. Students will also learn specific audition techniques to help them when pursuing future performance opportunities.

Lion King Jr. show was spectacular. The cast and crew put all their hearts into a very entertaining wonder. This place is highly recommended. Look for an upcoming show, reserve your tickets, and enjoy! Do come at least 30 minutes early so you can get seats of your choice as they are not reserved. You can purchase tickets at a higher price and be able to pick seats in the front section.

Having been to 5 musicals at CAVOD Theater, including a Junior show of 42 kids, I can confidently say the quality of acting and musical performance delivered at this community theater is superior to several professional shows I have seen.

We just saw Cinderella twice in the past two weeks! We loved it! The performers are all very talented and professional. The sets were very creative and the director did a fabulous job with a timeless story!!!! Looking forward to seeing more!!!

About Cavod

Cavod currently offers a variety of performance art classes in dance, acting, music, acrobatics, and more. These courses are designed to provide students with an opportunity to explore the arts while challenging them to achieve a standard of excellence. As students strive to attain excellence in their art, they also learn skills such as patience, perseverance, self-discipline and teamwork. As a result, they gain confidence and they have lots of fun in the process!
