Blessings, Breakthroughs, and Amazing Happenings at Cavod
As we step into this beautiful Thanksgiving season, my heart is full of GRATITUDE… PRAISE for the goodness of God, and full of APPRECIATION for each of you who journey with me.
A Personal Moment
At the end of October, Dave and I were able to sneak away to Indiana to visit my brother, Paul, and his wife, Ellie. We had such a wonderful weekend… laughing, reminiscing, relaxing, and simply enjoying each other’s company. Family is such a precious gift and reconnecting with them reminded me once again how important it is to pause, to get together, and to honor those relationships that anchor our lives.

On our way, we also had the opportunity to stop by one of our most generous sponsors, Jonathan Bohannon, in Shippensburg, PA. We always look forward to our annual visit and his amazing team… talking with his employees, sharing my book, and seeing how he makes them feel part of Cavod’s mission. Jonathan treated us to a wonderful lunch at his new café and we left inspired after sharing dreams and updates together. A huge thank you to Jonathan and all the Cartell employees for their generosity and partnership!

Renewing My Mind
This month, the Lord has been speaking so gently yet firmly to my heart about renewing my mind. After our incredible Day of Thanksgiving, I felt a wave of tiredness and a little bit of being overwhelmed… maybe you’ve been there, too. In those moments, God drew me back to Romans 12:2:
“Do not be conformed to this world (this age), (fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs), but be transformed, (changed), by the (entire) renewing of your mind,(by its new ideals and its new attitude), so that you may prove (for yourselves) what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect (in His sight for you).” – Romans 12:2 (Amp)
He reminded me again of Philippians 4:8… to think on what is pure, lovely, and of good report. A heart of thanksgiving truly does shift our minds and steady our focus. The Lord is so good as we meditate on His Word and choose trust, even though some days, that choice feels especially difficult. But He is faithful.
Cavod Updates
There is so much to celebrate at Cavod right now!
Ornate Dance Theatre, our professional team had an incredible opportunity to minister through dance in Atlanta, Georgia last month at Project Dance Atlanta. This outdoor event brings dance groups from across the country to share the love of Jesus publicly, right there on the streets! Our team continues to amaze me with their dedication, humility, and passion for God. They train physically and spiritually Monday through Thursday at Cavod… giving their hearts, souls, and bodies to bring glory to Jesus.
I included a clip below from one of their pieces, Inhabit by Marcus Medina. It is powerful, worshipful, and deeply moving.
Their next outreach performance is coming up on Saturday, November 22 at 7 PM at Immerse International in Millersville, where they will minister through My Heart, Your Home. I can’t encourage you enough… come, be inspired, and be drawn into the presence of Jesus.

White Christmas – Coming Soon!
We are also hard at work preparing for White Christmas, opening the first two weekends in December. This show is absolutely delightful… filled with stunning vocals, wonderful actors, and some of our finest dancers tapping their hearts out! Our dinner theater on December 5th is already sold out, but tickets are still available for other performances. They are going quickly and you will not want to miss this special holiday production.

A Day of Thanksgiving Overflowing With Blessing
My heart continues to overflow as I reflect on our Day of Thanksgiving fundraiser on November 7th. Thanks to our generous and faithful community, we not only reached our goal of $80,000—we exceeded it! Our final total came to $88,500. I am overwhelmed by the goodness of God and your incredible support. THANK YOU!
The evening was filled with fun… free pizza, beautiful performances, a live DJ, a dance party, and we ended the night with an hour of worship that was incredible and inspiring. Watching this community unite with one purpose… to change the culture of the arts and lift high the name of Jesus, was breathtaking! Truly, the Lord is good, and we are so blessed!!

Prayer: “Thank you, Lord, for your blessings and for your life and for what You mean to us. God, help us to renew our minds so that we can receive and enjoy the victory You have for us. Bless my friends everywhere, God, and bless this beautiful community. We are so grateful! Thank you for a wonderful Thanksgiving week ahead! In Jesus Name, Amen.“
Much love to all of you, my dear friends. Have a wonderful, victorious week, and be sure to share the love of Jesus over a cup of coffee with someone.
With love,
Connie Dienner
