I am so happy to have found Cavod, a place I can trust with the amazing gift of dance as worship and expression of who God made each one to be! Huge thanks to Connie and all the Cavod teachers for being steadfast leaders of the kids and adults in our community who step out and vulnerably to try something new. I’m 51 years old and I decided to try a dance class for the first time: worship dance. My daughter is 18 and she started various dance classes at Cavod when she was 16. Thank you Cavod for welcoming every age group. Thank you for caring about skills and hearts /lives of each dancer.

My husband and I just got to see the amazing production of Anastasia this past weekend at the theatre in New Holland! I had been at the theatre for an open house some time back, but never really got involved or had seen a show…..until this past weekend!!! We will be back……whether it’s to see another show or for me to get involved somehow :)Cavod does an amazing job with keeping Jesus at the center of everything that they do, and my family and I applaud that! Bravo Cavod for making community theatre available and accessible for Lancaster County and surrounding areas :)

All my children attend Cavod for dance and music lessons. We have been a Cavod family for 11 years. Our family thinks of Cavod as their second home. We love the Christian environment and it brings us comfort in knowing our children are safe and the music, costumes and choreography is tasteful. Our children feel loved, encouraged, inspired and supported by their instructors. Cavod has a playroom for younger children while siblings are in classes. They also have a great cafe area where the students are often found doing school work and socializing with friends. The parents too also can gather and socialize while their children are in classes. I love how Cavod has created a safe place where their students can express their God given talents and feel loved.

CAVOD is a performing arts school & community theatre like no other! The opportunities available- all under one roof- are a gift and a blessing to all who come through their doors. Our five children have grown in the safe and encouraging environment CAVOD provides, grounded on Scripture and the truth and love of Jesus. CAVOD’s teachers and directors, mentor their students and help them grow in their God-given talents. Their theatre productions will leave you breathless. My kids have gone to Cavod for almost 4 years and it has been a wonderful fit for our family. My daughter wanted to dance but I had concerns about what kind of environment she would be in. Cavod is a warm and welcoming place where kids are safe and encouraged to be themselves. We have found a place to grow as Christ followers and made lifelong friendships.

Cavod's teachers are top quality; well educated and experienced in their respective genres. Cavod offers several adult classes. I take 2; Tap and ballet and the teachers are phenomenal and in my case, very understanding with my limitations. I came to Cavod after years of being in a studio I was very involved with and then closed. Cavod has everything that we dreamed about having in the former studio; an ideal location, ample parking, a cafe, and a playroom for non-dancing children.

My son has taken theatre classes for 2 years here and tap for one year. It is a wonderful, welcoming place. Everyone is very friendly. We also appreciate the Christian environment and knowing that our son is being taught to perform to the God's glory. I would highly recommend Cavod!

We are on our 6th season as part of the Cavod family, and that's what we are...a family. We celebrate the joys in life together, and we pray together and help each other through the hard times. We welcome new families from all walks of life with open arms. The teachers are top notch. They know their craft, and they are so full of love and patience and an eagerness to share what they know with their students. Our girls come out of each class excited to show us what they've learned and how much they've progressed. We feel so blessed to have a place where our daughters can learn and grow in what they love and not have to worry about what they are learning.

My daughter goes to the Mannheim location. I can’t say enough about the encouraging atmosphere she experiences at dance. All the teachers she has had have been so professional and always point the girls to Christ.

I've seen a few theatre productions as well as several dance performances at Cavod and they are always well done, artistic, and moving. I would definitely recommend attending any show they're putting on!

All 6 of my children have attended Cavod for many years. The values Cavod carries is valued by my family. Truly a hidden gem. Their technique in all the classes will not disappoint a growing dancer. Wouldn't choose another studio to call family.

The best academy in Lancaster County!!! They care about all students and everyone is welcome! My daughter started dance classes there when she was 4 years old and started theater when she was 8. We only have good memories!

Amazing place! Great dance and performing arts studio. Good quality education in the performing arts. The teachers are wonderful and other students are very friendly. They offer classes for both kids and adults. I believe this studio will continue to expand and grow even more in the coming years.

Josh was accepted and loved and given amazing instruction in his class and he really came out of his "shell." He gained confidence when he wasn't sure he could perform and by the end of the year, he had no fear of being on stage and performing! I would recommend CAVOD 100%! They are a true blessing to their community!!!

At a glance I thought this was a great organization. However the way the run their billing is horrible. There will be times throughout the year where they cancel class and you still pay. If you try and withdraw not within their time frame you could end up with a hefty bill even if your child isn't attending. Please be aware and ask a lot of questions or you could end up paying for services not rendered.

My daughter is in her 6th year at Cavod and she has blossomed into a beautiful young women. Cavod has become her happy place and she has made lifelong friends here. She has grown not only technically but spiritually as well. She found her thing and a place to call home! When we moved to Lancaster and she had to switch schools I promised her no matter how far we moved I would never take Cavod away. And now my stepdaughter is enjoying it as well. Thank you for giving me a safe place to teach my children everything from dance to acting to loving and accepting others! And that they are special because of whose they are!

We saw our first Cavod theatrical performance just recently--Seussical! My husband and I were so impressed by the quality of the production--the acting and singing were top-notch. I was also impressed by the amazing, colorful costumes and props--a feast for the eyes! To top it off, we had the privilege of meeting the executive director and her husband after the performance and getting to learn about the vision behind Cavod and the journey that has been taken to get to this point. New Holland is indeed blessed to have such a great theater in its midst!

We are so thankful for Cavod!! This is our daughter's 8th year in ballet, 4th year at Cavod and her 1st year on Dance Company II. We appreciate the Cecchetti ballet technical training/syllabus - offered no where else in the area. Not only does Cavod give excellent ballet/dance training, but also, it is a place of spiritual formation and sisterhood. We are so thankful to have found a dance studio that puts dance in it's rightful place - under the Lordship of Christ and for God's glory and renown.

My 9 year old daughter loves Cavod! She has always been creative, and dramatic, lol, so I knew acting would be perfect for her. I struggled to a find somewhere that I thought would help her utilize her talents and still be in a Christian atmosphere. A friend told me about Cavod, and it's amazing! They offer just about everything in the Arts, and it fills my heart with joy to finally have found a place for her to do what she loves and grow more in her faith!

Went to cavod academy for the first time on sat. March 10th. I took my 3 grandchildren to see seussical the musical. Such talent! We all loved it! I will be back...as well as spreading the word about cavod theatre!

What a fantastic place and atmosphere. My daughter and a thoroughly enjoyed seeing all our favorite Dr. Suess characters on stage. The talent was wonderful and the theater has such a welcoming feel. We will definitely be back to a future show!

This is an amazing school. Its presence is desperately needed since it is one of so few Jesus centered dance and theatre schools available in the area. The director and staff are always approachable. The teachers work so hard to get each one to perform at their personal best level. I have adored all of the teachers I have ever had.
